Aromatic garnish : An aromatic garnish is a Ingredients made of vegetables,aromates ou aromatic plants as well as condiments. It is used for enrich en flavors and odor a preparation, especially for long cooking. Depending on the case, it includes ail, berries de juniper, Bouquet Garni, carrot, celery branch, leaves de laurel, onion, (Most often is "possibly stung de cloves), l, rods de parsley, etc.
The aromatic garnish is usually removed from the preparation before service, but for some spot traditional, it is served with (pot au feu, Tete De Veau...).
