Aromatics: nm An aromatics is a fragrant plant substance or giving off a more or less strong or sweet odor and used as a condiment and coming from one (or more) part of the plant.
- Leaves: basil, chervil, tarragon, hyssop, bay leaf, marjoram, mint, oregano, flat or curly parsley, rosemary, thyme, coriander, verbena.
- Flowers: mugwort, caper, clove, nasturtium.
- Seeds: dill, star anise, caraway, coriander, cumin, fennel, mustard ....
