Zolfino (bean): The zolfino bean (fagiolo zolfino) is a typical Tuscan product grown mainly in the Pratomagno region and in Valdarno in Italy.
Compared to cannelini, it has a much thinner skin, is easy to digest, it is small and round and has a pale yellow color, similar to sulfur (zolfo in Italian) from which zolifno takes its name.
