Sacristan (biscuit) : A sexton is a small cake dry, made of rod de puff pastry twisted, often dotted with Almonds tapering ou hachées and granulated sugar. It is classically served with tea, among an assortment of biscuits. Like other pastries (religious, Jesuit, pet-of-nun), the origin of the term is certainly religious, but ancient and uncertain.
Some may be thickets au chocolate or custard.
