Mostelle (fish): The mostelle is a species of saltwater fish of the Phycinae subfamily (Scientific name: Phycis phycis). It is a fairly common edible species in the Mediterranean Sea, which lives in rocky cavities.
This fish measures up to 65 cm.
Note: Mostelle is also called “bottom mostelle” (Phycis blennoides).
