Minnow (fish) : The minnow (Scientific name: Phoxinus phoxinus) is a small species of freshwater fish physostome (*) of the Cyprinidae family with an almost cylindrical body. It's a fish very common in fresh, well-oxygenated waters.
Sa chair having little interest diet, it is mainly consumed in frying.
Due to its size and toughness, this small fish is widely used as bait.
