Tellicherry (pepper): Tellicherry pepper (*) is a black pepper originating from the Malabar coast in India. It is the ancestor of all peppers with its brown-black grains with notes of extreme finesse, woody and very fruity. Warm and well mouthed, it has a long persistence and a very pleasant acidity.
There are two grades of Tellicherry: TGSEB (Tellicherry Garbled Special Extra Bold grade) and TGEB (Tellicherry Garbled Extra Bold grade).
