Tangia (Moroccan cuisine): Tangia (tanjia or tanjiat) is a traditional dish of Moroccan cuisine originating from the city of Marrakech. This dish is mostly prepared by men.
It is a dish of meat cooked in a terracotta pot (called tangia), for four hours, in the embers of the wood oven of a traditional hammam.
