Sao toubo (Brazilian cuisine): Sao toubo (or saotoubbo) is a Brazilian pastry made with butter, sugar, flour and chocolate (heart of Guanaja). The cooking is done in circles which allow the sao toubo to remain creamy in the heart while crunchy on the outside.
From the first bite, the chocolate melts in the mouth, giving off an intense flavor.
It's a little chocolate fondant or coulant.
