Kongbap (Korean cuisine): Kongbap is a Korean dish consisting of white or brown rice cooked with one or more varieties of soybeans. Kongbap can be made by combining and cooking dried rice and soybeans (usually black soybeans) together, although outside of Korea the word "kongbap" is used commercially in pre-mixed multigrain packages in the form dried. In Korea, multigrain rice made from grains other than soybeans is called japgok-bap (mixed grain rice).
