Paprikache (Hungarian cuisine): Paprikache (or paprikash) is a Hungarian stew with paprika and sour cream, made with white meat (pork, chicken, rabbit,…) or fish, while goulash is made with beef, cooked with chopped or thinly sliced onions and garnished with tomatoes, peppers or potatoes.
