Galaktoboúreko (Greek cuisine): Galaktoboúreko (in Greek Γαλακτομπούρεκο) is a traditional Greek dessert. It is made of phyllo dough that is filled with a lemon pastry cream made from sheep's milk and fine wheat semolina.
Then pour over sugar syrup or honey, sometimes sprinkled with pistachio or ground almond.
