Cimenet (pastry): In the Cotentin peninsula (Manche department in the Normandy region), the word cimenet (or chimené) is used to designate a scalded in the shape of a marine anchor, while in the south from the department the scalds (also called conuts or conuets), are modeled in the shape of a star, which gives these pastries the shapes of cones, or horns.
