Bo la lot: Bo la lot are Vietnamese beef rolls with lemongrass and rice vermicelli (original name: Bò lá lốt).
The beef is marinated in orange juice and rolled in betel leaves (lốt).
Betel leaves have a spicy flavor but taste like medicine. These rolls are often served or sold for barbecues.
