Blonde d'Aquitaine: Blonde d'Aquitaine is a beef breed, with a blond robe, produced in southwestern France and in the Pays de la Loire and Poitou-Charentes regions. This breed is appreciated for its red meat, which is very tasty; it presents a good carcass yield (because its skeleton is fine) and a great delicacy of meat grain.
