Beef gravlax: Beef gravlax is a roast beef marinated for 36 hours in the refrigerator in a closed jar with various ingredients: lemon zest, crushed garlic, sugar, soy sauce, olive oil. olive, coarse salt, star anise, chili, ginger.
It is then cooked in a casserole dish in olive oil, without being pricked, cooled then cut into very thin slices served with shavings of Parmesan.
