Philippe Chevrier : Philippe Chevrier is a Chef Swiss, born on 17 December 1960 to Geneva, Switzerland.
Biography: Between 1976 and 1979, he followed a learning cooking at the restaurant “Le Chat Botté” at the Hôtel Beau-Rivage in Geneva. After his studies, he was hired as a commis chef for two years (first at the “L'Oasis” restaurant in La Napoule then at the “Le Gentilhomme” restaurant at the Richemond hotel) before doing two one-year internships. each of training in bakeryAnd then confectionery et pastry and between 1982 1983.
