Mirage: nm (word coming from mirage).
The word “mirage” has several meanings:
I)
1. Optical phenomenon due to the unequal refraction of light rays in layers of unequally warm air and which can produce the illusion of a sheet of water extending to the horizon, which would reflect distant objects.

2. Figurative meaning: Illusion, seductive and deceptive appearance (illusion, lie).
The mirages of glory, of success.
