Orache: nf Orache is a plant with triangular leaves (family Chenopodiaceae – Botanical name: Atriplex hortensis), one species of which is resistant to the marine climate and the other species, herbaceous, wild or cultivated (vegetable orache, common orache, spinach wild), are edible.
It is used like the leaves of spinach or to make soups and broths.
