Ségala and Aveyron calf: The Ségala and Aveyron calf is a free-range calf, born and raised on the farm in spacious stables, in a region with a great breeding tradition.
It is raised under the mother, that is to say "breastfed by its mother", and receives in addition cereals.
It is rigorously identified from birth. The veal from Aveyron and Ségala gives a tender and tasty meat of pink color.
