Sawda nayé (Lebanese cuisine): Sawda nayé is a culinary preparation from Lebanon and the Middle East, made up of raw beef or mutton liver, cut into cubes, which is eaten very fresh.
It is advisable to eat it in winter rather than summer, like many offal.
You can make a sandwich with tomato, a pinch of salt and pepper, or eat it as is, with bread and peppers.
