Nasi jamblang (Indonesian cuisine): Nasi jamblang is a typical food from West Java in Indonesia (in the Cirebonese language it is called sega jamblang). The term "jamblang" comes from the name of the region west of the town of Ciberon which is a hotbed of food vendors.
Characteristic of these foods is the use of teak leaves (*) to wrap the rice.
