Matafan: A matafan (or matefaim) is a large, thick and nourishing crepe, sweet or savory, which is made in Burgundy, Bresse, Lyonnais, Franche-Comté, Savoie and Dauphiné.
Its name comes from the Spanish mata hambre "kills hunger".
