Chikwangue (Congolese cuisine): Chikwangue (kwánga in Kikongo) – also called “cassava stick” and sometimes bean stick – is a traditional dish from the Congo River Basin, eaten in particular in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Cameroon, Republic of Congo, Gabon and the Central African Republic.
Like foufou, it is a product derived from cassava.
