Chilahuate (Mexican cuisine): Chilahuate are a variety of tamales, stuffed with a mixture of beans, golden and ground pipián, climbing squash (chayote) and chives, all wrapped in tapicón leaves.
With variations, it is made in Teziutlán and other areas of the Sierra de Puebla and the Tlapacoyan region....
