Beugnon: The beugnon is a kind of donut, close to the bugne lyonnaise, traditional in the center of France.
It is made of leavened dough, shaped into a small crown and is often fried in oil.
It is called "beugnon" in Berry and Orléanais, and "bignon", or "beignet des brandons", in Bourbonnais.
