Eggs Pudding: Eggs pudding is a mixture of heated vanilla milk poured over beaten whole eggs and sugar. This apparatus is poured into small pots which are cooked in a bain-marie in a non-preheated oven for 20 minutes at 120 ° C, 10 minutes at 180 ° C, 5 minutes at 210 ° C.
The jars are then cooled for at least two hours in the refrigerator.
