Chilean King Crab: The Chilean King Crab (or red king crab) is caught in southern Patagonia, in the icy waters of the Strait of Magellan and Tierra del Fuego. Excellent in salads, on toast, with avocados or grilled watermelon.
This crab is the result of a Russian scientific experiment dating back to 1960.
