Teinturier: Teinturiers are grape varieties with black skin and black pulp, in other words varieties of grape whose pulp is colored like the Gamay de Chaudenay still present in Saône et Loire and in the Loire Valley (Coteaux d'Ancenis, Haut-Poitou, Touraine rosé).
