Bise (Marius): Marius Bise is a French restaurateur (Annecy, Haute-Savoie 1894 – Talloires, Haute-Savoie 1969). His father, a former butler on the boats on Lake Annecy, bought a small restaurant in Talloires, on one of the shores of the lake, in 1902. The establishment was then called the Petit Chalet, and it served fried fish, lavaret, perch and arctic char.
