Calament: The large-flowered calament is a mountain plant (Lamiaceae family – Botanical name: Calamintha grandiflora) displaying large pink and purple flowers in the undergrowth, especially in beech and fir forests.
It has a pleasant lemon scent.
It has been made into herbal tea since ancient times. It is renowned for its digestive, diuretic and sedative qualities.
