Waterzoï (Flemish cuisine): Waterzoï (or waterzooï) is a dish of Flemish cuisine prepared with fish from the North Sea and eel, cooked in court-bouillon with herbs, parsley roots and vegetables and added fresh cream at the end of cooking. In Flemish countries, this dish is the equivalent of bouillabaisse but, of course, without garlic, tomato or saffron.
