Kitcha (Ethiopian and Eritrean cuisine): Kitcha (or kitta) is a relatively thin unleavened bread typical of Ethiopian cuisine and Eritrean cuisine.
Other names for kitcha: Tigrinya: ቂቻ, kitta Amharic: ቂጣ, Oromo: Caccabsaa "chachebsa".
