Formatjada (Spanish cuisine): Formatjada is a typical Menorcan empanada. There is pork with sobrassada and xulla (bacon), cheese and cottage cheese.
Its name comes from the Catalan word formatge, which translates to cheese.
The formatjada cheese is also called "Flaó", which is said more in the Menorcan town of Mahón....
