Bilo-bilo (Filipino cuisine): Bilo-bilo is a dessert of Filipino origin consisting of small sticky pearls (glutinous rice flour and water) in sweetened coconut milk. Then jackfruit, plantain, various tubers and tapioca pearls are added.
This dessert originates from Tuguegaro, on the island of Luzon.
There are many variations, depending on the region where it is prepared: some include coconut meat, pandanus leaves.
