Sweet: A sweet wine refers to what are called demi-sec, mellow, sweet or syrupy, depending on the
concentration of each wine in residual sugar. Thus, as a general rule, we will find:
Dry: less than 4 g / l,
Demi-sec: from 4 to 18 g / l,
Soft: from 12 to 45 g / l,
Sweet: more than 45 g / l (up to 200 grams of sugar per liter).
