Spagnol: The Spagnol grape variety is one of many others that make up the vineyards of Provence. It is a white grape variety which has become very rare and is hardly multiplied anymore.
It grows on soils rich in limestone and silica. It also prefers good sun exposure. It is difficult to find outside of Nice. The Spanish grape variety requires short pruning and this should be done in the spring.
