Servanin: Servanin originates from southern Savoie and northern Isère. Its berries are short, oval and small to medium in size. As for the bunches, they are very full, cylindrical and small, some of which are winged.
The bluish black at the beginning turns to dark black when the grapes reach full maturity. Then, over time, small green grains are gradually added to the vine. This curtain is complemented by the light green of medium-sized leaves.
