Pinot Liebault: Pinot Liebault, a black grape variety authorized for the production of red Burgundy (it is a fine Pinot) is still mentioned in certain Burgundy appellations, particularly in Côte-d'Or, but its cultivation remains very marginal. It is in fact a selection of the pinot noir noticed by Liébault in 1810 in Gevrey. It has the same oenological qualities as the latter....
