Grafting: nm Grafting is a technique used since phylloxera which consists of attaching a graft of local origin to an American rootstock* (resistant to phylloxera). As the vine takes cuttings, it is enough to take a vine shoot and to put it in the ground so that it takes root. By fixing it on the rootstock, we obtain after welding, a future vine stock.
