Delaware (variety): The Delaware variety is a white American hybrid variety with pinkish grains giving very low acid wines, widespread on the east coast of the United States of America, especially in Ohio and the Finger Lakes region (State from New York).
It gives a fresh and spicy wine, usually processed into sparkling wine.
The Delaware grape is also grown in Brazil and Japan....
