Crouchen: Crouchen is a white grape variety with medium clusters, small white-green and crunchy grains, from the Courbu family.
It is found in the areas of the Pyrenean foothills of the Atlantic. Very early on, it overflowed the slopes of the Pyrenees to find itself on the sandy lands of the Landes.
