Arbane: Arbane (or arbanne) is a very old white grape variety from the north/east of France coming from Aube and more precisely from Champagne.
Forgotten grape variety, some winegrowers continue to exploit it according to very strict regulations. The Interprofessional Committee of Champagne Wines wants to keep the use of traditional Champagne grape varieties. The arbane is made up of small clusters of small berries with a very sweet pulp.
