Most of them are eaux-de-vie from wine from the Cognac and Armagnac vineyards; we also find pommeau, calvados and cider, made from apples, agricultural rum from Martinique, made from sugar cane, as well as kirsch from Fougerolles, which is the first stone fruit alcohol (cherry) in obtain the AOC designation.
