Pyrolaceae: Pyrolaceae (or Pyrolaceae) constitute a family of dicotyledonous plants which formerly included Chimaphila, Moneses, Orthilia, and Pyrola and sometimes also the eight genera formerly usually placed in the family of Monotropaceae.
According to Watson & Dallwitz it includes 30 species in 3 genera:
- Chimaphila Pursh
- Moneses Salisb. ex SF Gray
- Pyrola L.
