Laccaire: "Laccaire" is a generic term designating a set of very small reddish-orange, pink or amethyst mushrooms, with spaced fleshy leaves and slender feet. They are very common fungi, which live in symbiosis with forest trees.
Edible laccaria are eaten as a garnish, mixed with other mushrooms.
