Bacon
Tocino: Tocino is bacon in Spanish, typically made from pork belly and often cubed or sliced in Spain. In Caribbean countries, like Puerto Rico and Cuba, tocino is made from pork fat (bacon) and it is neither dried nor smoked, but simply fried until very crisp; it is then added to recipes, just as bacon is used in French cuisine.
