Asparagaceae: Asparagaceae (Asparagaceae) is a family of monocotyledonous plants. This family does not exist in the classic classification of Cronquist (1981) which assimilates these plants to Liliaceae. The phylogenetic classification therefore separated this family of Liliaceae and relates it to the order of Asparagales. The Angiosperm Phylogeny Group (APG) has significantly changed the ranking.
