Anthemis: The anhemis is a herbaceous plant (Asteraceae family - Botanical name: Anthemis cupaniana), whose flowers look like small daisies. The field anhemis is called false chamomile. The noble anhemis is called Roman chamomile.
The pink, yellow or white flowers have petals and stamens that can be used in salads or flavored dressings.
