Jean-Louis Palladin: Jean-Louis Palladin is a French chef (Toulouse, Haute-Garonne, France1946 - New York, United States of America 2002). Trained at the hotel school in Toulouse, he worked at the Hôtel de Paris in Monaco and at the Plaza Athéné in Paris.
He obtained two stars in the Michelin Guide in 1974 at the Table des Cordeliers in Condom (Gers department): at the age of twenty-eight, he was then the youngest chef to obtain this distinction. He left France for the United States of America...
